Delivery Costs/Times

Please NOTE that as our products are sent from various warehouses depending on where they are being sent to so our shipping costs and delivery times vary from product to product. The below is an example of our costs and delivery times but please check individual products for a more up to date cost and delivery times.

Please note these delivery times include time to pick, pack and post products. Personalised items can take longer to be sent. Ember Cherry is also not responsible for any delays due to the covid situation.

Processing Time

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Times

As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 days delivery. For Overseas orders these will take around 5-20 days, please see individual items for more information.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@embercherry.com 

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support teams for a full refund of your purchase. 

Please allow for delays during busier times of the year, for example Christmas and Valentines day.

(This policy excluded errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order (s) or missed parcel deliveries.)

Returns and Refund Guarantee

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective items, we cover the return shipping costs and will replace the item asap. 

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date. 

Metal Signs

Free Shipping on all US Orders (we currently only ship metal signs to US)

Canvas and Metal orders are made custom to you and due to the level of care put into each of your orders they ship within 5- 14 days. 

Once your order has been processed we will send you the tracking information by email within 4-5 days.

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery times. Please contact support at info@embercherry.com

If you believe your order has an increased chance of being lost or stolen in transit, we would suggest you purchase our shipping insurance. Without shipping insurance, we are unable to replace any orders that have been lost or stolen. In the rare event that this occurs, we suggest contacting the shipping carrier.
